The Lead Teacher provides high-quality care and education for children while maintaining a safe, nurturing, and organized classroom environment. They are responsible for implementing developmentally appropriate activities, documenting milestones, and collaborating with staff and families.
Candidates must have an Associate's degree in Early Childhood or a related field, or a Child Development Associate credential. At least one year of experience working with children under 13 years of age is required.
