Home Health RN Preceptor $10,000 Bonus

The home health rn preceptor will serve as a primary mentor to new staff, providing guidance, education, and support to ensure high-Quality care. They will also perform patient assessments and daily visits in accordance with established care plans and medical orders.

Candidates must hold a valid rn license and possess at least two years of nursing experience. Previous home health experience is required, while prior education or precepting experience is preferred.
