Economic Empowerment Advocate

The advocate will support survivors with employment readiness, job search, and career planning while facilitating workshops on financial and workplace stability. They will also collaborate with internal teams and community partners to connect survivors to essential resources and job opportunities.

An associate's degree in social work, human services, or a related field is required, with a bachelor's degree preferred. Candidates should have experience working with vulnerable populations and an understanding of trauma-Informed care principles.
