The day program specialist ensures the safety and well-Being of program participants while acting as a teacher and role model. Responsibilities include assisting individuals with daily living skills, community integration, and maintaining accurate documentation of progress.

The role requires the ability to provide safe transportation and work effectively as part of a team. Staff must be capable of instructing individuals in life skills and maintaining a clean, safe, and supportive environment.
