Resident. Instructor

The residential instructor provides direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities by implementing care plans, assisting with daily living activities, and facilitating community engagement. They are also responsible for monitoring health and behavioral changes, administering medication, and maintaining a safe, clean living environment.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged, with at least two years of experience in human services preferred. A valid driver's license and the physical ability to lift and transfer up to 75 lbs are required.
