Lactation Consultant (Non-RN)- Women's Services

The lactation consultant provides assessment, assistance, and support for infant nutrition with a focus on breastfeeding for infants and mothers. They also provide education to staff, physicians, and the community while participating in daily inpatient and outpatient operations.

Candidates must hold a current lactation consultant state license and ibclc certification through the international board of lactation consultant examiners. A bsn or bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred, along with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
