Y Club Youth Development Leader

Provide direct supervision and lead a group of elementary-Aged children in various activities while ensuring their safety and well-Being. Build positive relationships with children, families, and school staff while adhering to all ymca and licensing regulations.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience working with school-Age children is required, with a preference for those with some college education.
