Youth Program Leader

The youth program leader is responsible for planning and leading safe, engaging activities for elementary and middle school youth while fostering a supportive and inclusive environment. They must also build positive relationships with participants and families, provide mentorship, and ensure adherence to all safety and behavior standards.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or ged equivalent. A minimum of three months of experience working with youth is required, along with the ability to obtain first aid/Cpr/Aed certification within 30 days of hire.
