CTS Specialist (61677)

The cts specialist provides students with transitional support, career counseling, and individualized case management to facilitate successful placement into jobs or further education. They also conduct community job development activities and maintain partnerships with local business leaders to ensure student success.

Candidates must hold at least an associate degree in a relevant field such as human services, psychology, or education, with two years of related experience, or a bachelor's degree. A valid driver's license and the ability to meet company insurability requirements are also mandatory.
