Core responsibilities
You will implement individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis to help children build essential skills and reach developmental milestones. Additionally, you will document client progress and facilitate communication and independence during structured 1:1 sessions.
Requirements summary
Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged and be at least 18 years old, with a bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. You must also be available to work full-Time hours and obtain registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification within 75 days of employment.
