Core responsibilities
The float bcba provides high-Quality aba services across multiple locations, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and supervising clinical staff. They also support clinical operations, mentor teammates, and facilitate caregiver training through a hybrid model of in-Person and telehealth sessions.
Requirements summary
Candidates must hold a master's degree and be a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba) with at least three years of experience in the field. Strong preference is given to those with five or more years of experience providing behavior services to individuals with autism.
