Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Implement individualized behavior intervention plans for children with autism under the guidance of a bcba. Teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or ged. Ability to pass a background check, obtain cpr/First aid certification, and perform physical tasks like lifting up to 50 pounds is required.
