After-School Youth Development Professional (Eastside) (73503)

The youth development professional plans and delivers educational and recreational programming to youth while ensuring a safe, inclusive, and equitable environment. They are responsible for classroom management, mentorship, and documenting behavioral or medical issues as they arise.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged, be at least 21 years old, and hold a valid driver's license. A minimum of 6 months of experience working with youth is preferred, along with the ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
