Job description

  • As a Behavioral Coach at Sage Alliance, you will play a key role in creating a safe, structured, and supportive environment for students.
  • The Behavior Coach is responsible for the supervision, safety and care of students.
  • Through mentoring, role modeling, and guidance, you will help students build decision making skills, manage behaviors, and grow both academically and emotionally.
  • What You’ll Need Bachelor’s degree preferred in Psychology, Education or Behavioral Science or equivalent experience (i.e.
