The Donelson-Hermitage center is seeking candidates available Saturday’s from 9am to 2pm
The Margaret Maddox center is seeking candidates available weekday evenings (4–7 PM) and Saturday mornings (9 AM–12 PM) now through May.

Do you love the water and helping others learn to swim with confidence? We’re looking for enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team! You’ll play a vital role in creating a safe, fun, and engaging environment where participants build lifelong swimming skills.
You’ll lead swim classes from in the water, ensuring safety, fun, and progression for all participants. With organized lesson plans, you’ll teach proper swimming techniques, encourage growth, and provide regular feedback to swimmers and parents. Plus, you’ll help keep equipment organized and contribute to a positive Y experience for every member.
Minimum
Age: 16

Lifeguard and Swim Instructor certifications preferred (we can help you get there!).
