Full Life Care - Homecare Trainer

The homecare trainer creates and maintains a new-Hire orientation curriculum and guides caregivers through essential tasks. They also schedule training, ensure compliance with licensure, and track new-Hire experiences.

Candidates should have an associate of arts degree or relevant experience, with at least one year in a health or social service setting preferred. Excellent communication skills and the ability to travel to multiple locations are also required.
