Teen Programs Assistant

The teen programs assistant supports youth development by creating nurturing relationships and facilitating purposeful programming that builds achievement and belonging. They are responsible for maintaining active supervision of children, ensuring safety standards, and fostering positive communication with parents and community partners.

Candidates must be at least 21 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience working with school-Age children in a group setting is preferred, along with current first aid and cpr certifications.
