Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

The behavior analyst oversees clinical programming for a caseload of clients to ensure high-Quality, ethical care and positive outcomes. They also lead and supervise behavior technicians while maintaining consistent communication with caregivers and the clinical team.

Candidates must hold a bcba or bcba-D certification and possess licensure in the state of practice. The role requires physical ability to perform tasks like lifting clients and maintaining various postures, along with proficiency in clinical documentation and organizational software.
