Behavior Analyst Assistant

The behavior analyst assistant will assist bcbas with the implementation and oversight of individualized treatment programs and provide clinical support to direct care staff. They are also responsible for collecting and summarizing data to support treatment planning and maintaining ethical documentation standards.

Candidates must be currently enrolled in a master's program in applied behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field. They must be actively pursuing bcba or bcaba certification and possess strong communication and organizational skills.
