Enrollment Specialist

The enrollment specialist facilitates family and community activities while managing the recruitment and eligibility determination process for program participants. They are responsible for maintaining caseload enrollment levels, tracking attendance, and conducting home visits to support family engagement.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and 1-2 years of clerical or administrative experience. Additionally, applicants must obtain specific certifications in social services or family services within 18 months of hire and pass required background and medical screenings.
