Clinical Fellows, entry-level SLPs, and experienced clinicians are encouraged to apply. We prioritize mentorship, confidence-building, and high-quality clinical care. Part-time and full-time opportunities as well as hourly and salary based positions.

Position Options

Full-Time: 30+ billable hours – Starting at $50/hour

Part-Time: 18+ billable hours – Starting at $51/hour

Our Clinical Approach

We provide play-based, relationship-centered speech and language therapy, informed by DIR and developmental frameworks. Treatment targets include expressive and receptive language, AAC, social communication, and pragmatic skills, with an emphasis on functional communication, self-advocacy, and generalization across environments. Family education and interdisciplinary collaboration are integral components of care.

Mentorship & Support

10 hours/month of direct mentorship and supervision Supervision reassessed annually based on clinician needs Paid administrative time Strong support for Clinical Fellows and developing clinicians

Continuing Education

Annual CEU stipend for both full-time and part-time employees Opportunity to participate in speech trainings and workshops - USA and Europe

Qualifications
