Associate Teacher (Eureka)

The associate teacher assists in planning, supervising, and implementing educational activities within a head start classroom environment. They also support individual child development, maintain classroom cleanliness, and facilitate communication with parents and families.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and 12 units in early childhood education or child development. A california child development associate teacher permit or cda credential is required, along with the ability to obtain cpr, first aid, and food handler certifications.
