School Based Social Worker (LISW) or Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Mason Middle School

The social worker performs psychosocial assessments, provides supportive counseling, and develops treatment plans to improve patient emotional coping. They also collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to identify resources and facilitate family-Centered care meetings.

Candidates must hold a master's degree in clinical counseling or social work and possess an active lpcc or lisw license in ohio. A minimum of two years of relevant work experience is required for this position.
