Be part of our mission to provide exceptional services to ensure that all people with disabilities and their families have equal opportunities to live, learn, work, and play and their communities.Job DescriptionEasterseals of Southeastern Pennsylvania is seeking compassionate, energetic, and dedicated individuals to join our team as Classroom Support Staff for an Extended School Year (ESY) Program.

This is a summer-only opportunity to make a meaningful impact while helping create a fun, engaging, and supportive learning environment for students.The ESY program serves school-age students (ages 6–21) with multiple disabilities, providing continued educational and behavioral support to help maintain and strengthen critical skills over the summer months.Program Schedule:2 required training days in JuneMonday – Thursday, June 29th through July 31stAs a member of our Classroom Support Team, you will play a critical role in supporting students with both their educational and personal needs throughout the school day.

This includes assisting with academic activities, supporting communication and social interactions, and helping students build independence in daily living skills.This is a hands-on, active role that requires flexibility, teamwork, and a positive attitude.
