Child Youth Care Worker

The child and youth care worker provides direct care services in a day treatment program by supervising therapeutic activities and supporting social skills development. The role also involves maintaining a safe environment and ensuring accurate, timely documentation of services and incidents.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged, with a college degree in human services preferred. Applicants should possess basic computer and math skills, a valid north carolina driver's license, and the ability to pass background and drug screenings.
