The Lead Teacher is responsible for developing interactive learning experiences and mentoring fellow staff members. They also manage classroom operations, implement curriculum, and build strong relationships with families.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess experience in classroom leadership and lesson planning. They must also be able to meet state and company requirements for childcare and engage in physical activities with children.
