Design and implement rigorous unit and engaging lesson plans that incorporate all components of the InspireNOLA instructional model; Create a structured, achievement-oriented learning environment, and develop a positive rapport with students; Utilize student data to drive instruction, re-teaching, and classroom interventions; Exemplify InspireNOLA’s core values in all interactions with students and their families to demonstrate your commitment to students’ academic and behavioral success; Proactively manage student behavioral issues and adhere to school policies for infractions and incentives; Participate enthusiastically in structured and informal learning and development opportunities, including seeking and accepting continual feedback from staff and administration; Consistently engage in school-based professional development sessions (cluster and data review meetings) as well as additional professional development opportunities offered by the InspireNOLA Support Team office. Perform other additional duties as specified. Compensation & Benefits Salary for this position is competitive and depends on prior experience.
