Learning and Development Specialist

The specialist will design, facilitate, and iterate on virtual and blended learning experiences for clinical and non-Clinical staff. They will also manage the learning management system and serve as a subject-Matter expert for internal clinical systems and ehr tools.

Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in learning and development or training with a proven ability to design and facilitate learning programs. Proficiency in lms administration and strong organizational skills are required to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-Paced environment.
