Child Care Teachers and Educators

Educators are responsible for creating nurturing learning environments and implementing the highscope curriculum to support child development. They must also build strong partnerships with families and collaborate with center staff to maintain high-Quality standards.

Candidates must have at least a high school diploma for assistant roles or an associate degree for lead teacher positions. Experience in early childhood education and a commitment to professional growth are highly valued.
