The instructional assistant supports classroom teachers by implementing the classical education model and assisting with student differentiation and behavior management. Responsibilities also include preparing instructional materials, supervising students in various school settings, and maintaining accurate student records.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged, with an associate degree or higher preferred. Applicants are required to hold an az ivp fingerprint clearance card and first aid/Cpr certification.
