Respiratory Care Intern - UPMC Mercy

The respiratory care intern will provide direct patient care, including diagnostic and therapeutic respiratory treatments, under the supervision of licensed therapists. They are also responsible for equipment maintenance, accurate medical documentation, and assisting with clinical research projects.

Candidates must be currently enrolled in a coarc-Approved respiratory therapy program and have completed at least one semester of clinical rotations. Applicants are required to hold current cpr or bls certification and meet all state-Mandated background clearances.
