Toddler Lead Teacher

The lead teacher is responsible for planning and delivering developmentally appropriate curriculum while maintaining a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment. They must also manage classroom operations, ensure compliance with safety standards, and partner with families to support each child's individual growth.

Candidates must meet state licensing requirements for lead teachers, which typically include a high school diploma or ged and relevant experience. An associate or bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a cda credential is preferred.
