Position Summary
To work collaboratively with students individually and/or in group situations to develop effective learning techniques while improving content mastery.
Key Responsibilities
- Tutoring scheduled hours for drop in and appointment-based tutoring for subject
- Maintain accurate records of all tutorial sessions
- Must attend pre-semester training and 1x monthly tutor training sessions through Academic Achievement
- Promote tutoring services and communicate tutoring times to the department/classes/students
- Perform other duties as requested or assigned.

Qualifications
- Faculty Recommendation required
- Must maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Able to interact with a variety of individuals in a professional, tactful and courteous manner
- Have strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Maintain a growing, personal relationship with Jesus Christ, reflect His character in all interactions, and faithfully uphold and embrace Northwestern’s mission, Doctrinal Statement and Declaration of Christian Community
