Swim Instructor

The swim instructor provides high-Quality, structured swim lessons to participants of all ages while ensuring a safe and inclusive environment. They are responsible for monitoring pool activities, tracking participant progress, and collaborating with staff to support community-Focused aquatics programs.

Candidates must possess american red cross water safety instructor (Wsi), cpr, and first aid certifications or be willing to obtain them upon hire. The role requires the ability to perform all four swim strokes and demonstrate physical stamina for extended periods in the water.
