HS Special Education Teacher

The teacher will provide individualized and small-Group instruction to support students with disabilities within a full-Inclusion classroom model. They will also lead post-Secondary transition planning and collaborate with general education teachers to ensure curriculum accessibility.

Candidates must have experience teaching special education at the secondary level and a strong working knowledge of idea and inclusive practices. A commitment to student agency and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic school environment are essential.
