Teacher Aide

The teacher aide supports lead teachers by providing a safe and nurturing environment for children aged 6 weeks to 34 months. Responsibilities include assisting with daily classroom operations, maintaining learning materials, and providing break coverage for teaching staff.

Candidates must comply with arkansas child care licensing requirements and naeyc accreditation standards. The role requires completion of all mandatory orientation, health and safety training, and ongoing professional development.
