Lead Teacher

The lead teacher is responsible for implementing curriculum, managing classroom activities, and ensuring the health and safety of children. They also oversee assistant teachers, maintain child portfolios, and foster positive relationships with families and staff.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field and possess at least 3 years of relevant experience. Additionally, current first aid and cpr certifications are required to ensure child safety.
