- JOB SUMMARY: Assists Events Manager with all duties. SPECIFIC DUTIES: 1. Assist with duties of Events Manager as assigned 2. Assist with event logistics and planning 3. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs (for moving equipment, etc.) 4. Communicate with all DJs about University and FCC rules and regulations 5. Other duties and/or projects as assigned by the professional staff QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have prior experience of 1-semester minimum as part of the WDCE organization
- Must possess problem solving and growth mindset with a positive attitude and an initiative to resolve questions or concerns
- Must work a minimum of 2 office hours per week
- Preferred qualification of a 1-hour (minimum) on-air show
- Must attend all weekly Executive Board meetings and General Staff Meetings (unless previously-approved absence)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Google Forms and social media platforms
- Strong communication and administrative skills
- Ability to multi-task and work independently
