Job coach - Special needs

The job coach supports teens and young adults with special needs in developing independence, social, and vocational skills. They work with small groups to facilitate camp activities, community outings, and on-Site job experiences.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old, pass a background check, and complete first aid/Cpr and safety training. Strong communication skills and the physical ability to supervise campers in outdoor settings are required.
