  • Partners: BTs work one-on-one with children at our center, implementing BCBA designed clinical plans that help clients build critical communication, social, and other adaptive skills. Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this position. Utilize the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA), such as reinforcement and prompting, to teach the clients adaptive behaviors in developmental areas, such as language, socialization, play, self-help, and motor skills. Utilize the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA), to address behavior reduction goals. Support client goals related to toilet training including diaper changes. With training, implement skill development programs and perform appropriate physical guidance as needed to ensure client safety. Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior. Complete session documentation accurately Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work and therapy environment. Maintain and acquire technical knowledge by attending required trainings. Comply with the BACB’s code of ethics. This is an entry level role. Previous child care experience preferred, but we will train passionate individuals!
