Teaching Assistant - Via

The teaching assistant supports the lead teacher in maintaining a structured, achievement-Oriented learning environment and managing classroom behavior. They are responsible for assisting with lesson preparation, providing small group or one-On-One tutoring, and maintaining accurate student records.

Candidates must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent, with an associate's degree preferred. Experience working with youth in low-Income urban communities and proficiency with educational technology are highly valued.
