Navigator- Youth Peer Support

The navigator provides support to youth participants by assessing needs, facilitating access to services, and planning community programs. They are responsible for maintaining accurate data records and collaborating with community partners to address the needs of low-Income households.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a degree in education or social work preferred. Applicants should possess 1-2 years of relevant experience and demonstrate strong interpersonal and problem-Solving skills.
