- Job Details As a Corporate Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing workplace performance and fostering employee development across AnewHealth Fulfillment Centers.
- You will design and implement training programs tailored to diverse learning styles, manage key aspects of onboarding and curriculum development, and lead initiatives to address organizational skill gaps.
- This role combines creativity, strategic planning, and collaboration to support our workforce's growth and align training programs with company values.
- Responsibilities Facilitate training sessions ranging from short workshops to comprehensive multi-day programs Collaborate with key stakeholders across AnewHealth to design technical training lessons, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and onboarding guides Create high-quality training materials, such as job aids, manuals, and e-learning modules, adapted to on-site learners and site-specific workflows Ensure training materials are clear, concise, and aligned with the company brand Continuously evaluate and refine training programs to enhance effectiveness and sustainability Conduct organization-wide assessments to identify skill and knowledge gaps Lead enhanced orientation programs for new employees, offering mentorship and personalized learning support Partner with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and set course goals The above essential functions are representative of major duties of positions in this job classification.

Qualifications

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions Experience 2+ years of pharmacy technician patient care and/or fulfillment experience, including familiarity with systems and technologies in use Proven experience as a Corporate Trainer or similar role, with experience delivering remote and hybrid training sessions Leadership experience in developing training roles or department-specific training initiatives Certified Pharmacy Technician Skills & Abilities Strong instructional design skills, including the ability to make digital learning interactive and engaging Familiarity with Pharmacy Technician licensing requirements and renewal processes Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convert complex technical information into clear, compelling content Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize activities and deliverables in a high-growth, fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Teams Willingness to learn and apply cross-COE knowledge Physicals/Mental Demands: This position is administrative in nature and will present physical demands requisite to a position requiring: hearing, seeing, sitting, standing, talking, and walking. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Must be able to commute to multiple site locations within assigned territory. May be necessary to work extended hours as needed.
Schedule
This is a full-time position with an expectation to work an average of 40 hours per week and be available outside of normal business hours to meet customer expectations on an ad-hoc basis. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
Travel
Position may require occasional travel for special organization or department events, department team meetings, trade shows, conferences, and other client engagements.
