Assistant Teacher - Full-Time

The assistant teacher supports the lead teacher in creating a safe, nurturing environment while facilitating developmentally appropriate learning experiences for children from birth to three years old. Responsibilities include documenting child progress, maintaining classroom safety, and engaging in direct instruction and individualized care routines.

Candidates must hold an associate degree, child development associate (Cda) credential, or a certificate of mastery, or be willing to obtain a cda within the first year. Fluency in both english and spanish is required, along with experience working with children and the ability to pass a background check and physical exam.
