Preclinical Faculty

The preclinical faculty member is responsible for teaching dental courses, supervising students in the simulation lab, and assisting with lectures and exams. They must also maintain accurate student records and participate in departmental and university meetings.

Candidates must hold a doctor of dental surgery (Dds) or doctor of medical dentistry (Dmd) degree, along with a valid dental license and cpr certification. Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently are required.
