Early Childhood Lead Preschool/TK Teacher

The lead teacher guides a teaching team to create classroom plans and lead hands-On activities that support children's growth. They also maintain open communication with parents regarding daily milestones and ensure a safe, clean classroom environment.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged, 12 ece units, and 12 to 18 months of professional experience in a childcare setting. A cda, associate, or bachelor's degree in early education is preferred, along with demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice.
