Occupational Therapist (OT) Home Health

Assess the therapeutic and rehabilitative status of the patient and develop an appropriate treatment plan. Update and modify treatment plans as needed and maintain accurate records.

A degree from an accredited occupational therapy program and a current ca ot license are required. Excellent communication skills are essential, and home health experience is preferred but not mandatory.
