Supports the delivery of person-Centered adult day services by assisting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in achieving their personal goals and daily living skills. Provides emotional support, personal care, and supervision while maintaining accurate documentation and collaborating with support teams.
Requirements summary
Requires a high school diploma, valid cpr/First aid certifications, and non-Violent crisis management certification. Candidates should have 4-6 years of related experience and the physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with personal care.
