What you’ll do

  • Work with individual children on a 1:1 basis with paraprofessional
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Oversee and monitor implementation of treatment plans to ensure clinical integrity
  • Supervise, mentor, and support
  • RBTs,
  • BTs, and
  • ABA
  • Paraprofessionals, fostering strong 1:1 supervision
  • Analyze data regularly to evaluate progress and make informed program adjustments
  • Provide parent training to promote generalization and long-term success
  • Design individualized programs based on assessment results and data collection

What you’ll need

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
  • Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
  • Minimum of two years of experience working with children in behavioral health or special education settings
  • CPR Certification (Preferably Red Cross)
  • Provide paraprofessional supervision and parental guidance and support
  • Strong clinical judgment, data analysis, and problem-solving skills
  • Ethical and professional conduct
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and collaborate
  • Ability to work effectively, accurately, and efficiently under multiple demands and frequent interruptions

Pay

$85.00 - $100.00 per hour
