The rbt will deliver direct 1
1 aba therapy services to children in home, school, and community settings under the supervision of a bcba. Responsibilities include implementing behavior intervention plans, performing accurate data collection, and maintaining clinical documentation.
Requirements summary
Candidates must hold an active registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification and have at least 6 months of experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently within a multidisciplinary team are required.
